FHA loan on a 30 year fixed Mortgage insurance
Post Body

So I bought a house back in 2020 and I tried my best to be as informed as possible but guess I missed some info to remove the Mortgage Insurance. I talked to my lender and was informed that my FHA loan was under contract as a 30 year contract with Mortgage Insurance for the whole 30 years. I've looked into refinancing and it's just not beneficial for me to do that. I got a FHA loan on a 2.75% interest and to refinance would put me at 8%. Adding an $200 on my mortgage payment. Thoughts? I plan on checking with other lenders to see about different quotes also
