As relates to the Deception skins...

So, I didn't pre-order Aftermath, and just bought it a few days ago. So I didn't get the dynamic theme for preordering, obviously. So therefore, I have no access to the Deception skins, as they are tied to the dynamic theme, somehow. Is there a way to get the theme so I can get those skins? Or did I just miss out, period? I didn't see the theme on the store.
