Why can't a 7f jab/standing 1 punish a move or string that is -7 on block? Why can Raijin Raiden consistently punish moves that are -6 on block with his discharge?
this is off topic but Nightwolf's 111 is -6 and Shang's 114 is -8 with a little bit of pushback on block but Cassie's 111 is -8 and leaves her point blank... NRS please buff :)
