Has anyone else experienced their Koins and other currency missing when you start the game?

All the game currency for my Xbox live profile is missing ( at 0) but I log into my fiancé’s live account and she has the small amount she’s accumulated. Got a message I was not connected to the MK severs on my account but on her’s everything is there, no messages about servers but can’t do anything online. Our live accounts are fully active so no issue there. Anyone else experience anything like this? I’m assuming it due the servers are down but I don’t want them to come back up and I have to redo all that grind.
