I’m sure there are plenty like me, who love Mortal Kombat but only own a gaming pc.
Crossplay is one of the most important features in a fighting game - ensuring a healthy player base for many years to come, and imo should have been present at launch. Since MK11 PC did not have crossplay, it’s left me wondering if it is even worth buying, especially since Mk pc ports are developed by a different developer all together. I know plenty of my friends are also not buying the game atm because of this.
We should demand netherrealm Adress whether it plans to add PC/Console cross platform into the game. It’s vague promise that ‘they are adding it post launch’ is very vague as to what platforms it includes, and is what I consider to be misleading if they end up not putting crossplay on PC.
If everyone could reach out to Ed or the studio for clarification that would be great, it’s shocking that in 2023 we should be worrying about a game being supported on PC.
Fyi: cheating isn’t a valid response to why PC Crossplay shouldn’t be allowed - SF6 and GGSTRIVE already have it!
