Hey all, Please can someone help me!

So I followed the guide on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5oyvT5QDuh0&t=2176s

To add mods to Morrowind in 30 mins. Then the same content creators says on a following video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylKh_60Q51A&t=422s

That you just need to download OPEN MW on top and it will work buttery smooth. So yeah it worked fine but I could see grass was missing, so I went ahead and added the things to my configs

However I am getting the error 'Failed loading Grass AC.esp the groundcover file does not exist error when I try and load.

On my personal Open MW files I followed these instructions: https://modding-openmw.com/mods/aesthesia-groundcover-grass-mod/. However on the Install Instructions it says

'Create a new line underneath and type: data="path/to/your/data folder" Remember, the data folder is where your mod’s plugin files are. The double quotes around this path name are required.'

I don't understand this and was wondering if someone can help me? I assume this is the reason I am getting the error. I have a typical GOG install folder with Morrowind in there!
