hey so i do home delivery i usually start 4am and my normal finishing time should be 8:45am but usually they ask us to stay and we usually finish around 10:30 sometimes 11 and i usually do 3 or 4 shifts a week but recently we’ve had 2 staff leave and now im doing 5 shifts a week which i don’t like especially since i have to stay alot also ive been here 6 months now they say they will get more staff but we all know they won’t is there anything i can do i already have trouble sleeping during the night so i get around 3 hours sleep before i start my shift and during the day i can’t sleep long so 3-4 days was perfect for me now im in sleep debt
