scarcity of basketball courts in marrakech ,SERIOUS

as in the title , there aren't as many basketball courts in marrakech , if you want to play you have to travel all the way to the other side of town , we made a group with some people that want to have more courts , is this realistic to ask for ? if so what are some procedures we could take to make this happen and what authorities we should talk to that could help ? thanks
