Hi all. I've visited a few times over the last 8-10 years, usually in areas between Zagora-Erfoud-Midelt-Taouz. I've regularly stayed in a small town not far from Goulmima in the Atlas, and one of the locals we stayed with cooked a tagine that was incredibly hot, using some locally grown chillis.
Does anybody know of any chillis commonly found in Morocco/used in Moroccan cooking? I never managed to ask what they were (only speak minor-passable French, almost no Arabic). I'm struggling to find any information online. Many thanks.
