I left at the end of last year. I had once been a membership clerk and bishopric counselor, and left while serving on the high council, so I was interested in the attendance and used to counting. The last few months I attended I counted weekly, and while I didn’t record the numbers I took note of the trend. There were consistently less than 70 total members (including children and infants) attending weekly, and on holiday weekends like after Thanksgiving I would count in the 50s. One missionary currently serving, and 3 active youth, all in the same family. I had some view of other wards in the stake from high council visits - at least one other ward was very similar, while another probably had about double the attendance. While active I had been wondering for years when a reorganization would happen. With the new rules and other local factors, I expect that stakes will be combined when the reorg happens, though I don’t know how soon to expect it since it already seems at least 2 years overdue.
Since at the end of 2023 we only had 60-70 members, it was interesting to note that during that year I personally knew over 10% of the ward across several households that stopped attending entirely within a single year.
