Hey!

I know the fighting system is deep and has a high skill ceiling. However I honestly wonder the usefulness of attaching from one direction or another as if parrying was a momentary immunity. From my (short) experience it seems like any attack can be parried with a simple right click whatever the direction (left overhead right etc.)

For exemple, when in defending I don’t even notice what kind of attach i’m receiving and I only press right click and i successfully parry pretty much 100% of the time. When I fail my parry it’s because of timing or because I compromised myself with an attack.

So my question is why? How can we use the directional attacks to be more efficient because right now I often watch 1v1 and it’s an endless alternance of Parry/attack/parry/attack until someone do something stupid (because he is impatient) and get killed.

I might sound cynical but I know I’m missing something here!

P.S sorry for my bad English.
