Despite what the tooltip explicitly states, I can confirm Morde's new passive procs against any jungle camp, not just epic monsters.

This might give him a chance to be a decent jungler unless this is a bug that will be fixed. It makes his clear very healthy and allows him to do AoE camps like raptors and krugs very easily. Very excited to try him out in a real game just as soon as my team stops banning him :P
