Hey y'all

So I just finished moon knight today and I loved it. It was amazing I loved the soundtrack the action everything. I have one issue tho , well not a issue but a thing that is bugging me. As we find out in episode 4 , Oscar Isaac wakes up in a mental hospital and Dr. Harrow says him being a moon knight were illusions. So I would like to know if this is true? Or the moon knight things were real and the mental hospital bit was an illusion , this is just really bugging me. Basically I'd just like to know what was real.
