Nothing ventured, nothing gained... So here I go.

If you’re a male Montessori teacher, trying to live by Maria’s teachings, who actually believe that children are the hope of the world and it’s our job to help them thrive, well… message me :)

Full disclosure, I’m looking for someone to live life with and I've posted in the relevant subreddits for that, but I’m also seriously looking for someone to start a Montessori project with, and for that a friend would be enough. And yes, a friend, not a business partner. Teaching is not a business and you have to get along well to be a good Montessori team.

2 is enough to get started, more is actually often too many in the beginning.

Why a man ? In every Montessori home (because they're meant to be homes, not schools. Casa dei bambini, which is what Maria called it, means children's home) there's always 2 adults and I firmly believe that having a man and a woman provides a more balanced environment. I will provide the feminine half, not my pick, just the way things are :) I am aware though, of the fluidity of such things nowadays and if for you life is richer than just male/female, I'm open.

I've helped start a school in 2016 with just a couple people. We did it in less than 6 months so I know anything is possible. It didn't last so I also know what not to do. We compromised too much, but I've learned a lot from it and since then. I know why it failed and how it could have worked.

I could go on for a while about how much I love Maria Montessori and believe in her teachings and about the project I have in mind but I'll let you message me if you want to know more. And also, I really want it to be a shared venture, not MY thing so whatever you have in mind when I talk about a project, I want to hear about it.

I'm french and have possibilities here, but I don't have a home base so if you're serious about it, I'm willing to come anywhere you think there's room for developing a Montessori home.
