Estoy buscando entrar al gym por primera vez pero no sé cual sea mejor, busco uno donde me puedan ayudar con el entrenamiento y la rutina a seguir ya que estarÃa empezando. Sé que en smartfit tienes la app pero según me cuentan te ignoran demasiado los coach y uno tiene que pedir ayuda pero sólo te dicen que te fijes en la app. Planet Fitness no me queda tan cerca.
(Btw, todos tienen regaderas? De ahà me pasarÃa al trabajo)
