Also put in an offer on a plot of land down in 3forks to make a home on. Is there any rules I should be aware of? Noise rules? What time can I start a tractor to start digging? Is lumber that much more expensive and if in the 3forks area, does solar play out or wind turbines for power with battery banks? Drove thru the area between 2020 and 2021 but haven’t seen that specific area in the sticks outside of 3 forks. Just trying to get the lay of the land! And keep Montana, Montana and the way it is!
