In a few short hours I'll be leaving on a two-day trip to Texas with my parents, since I'm heading off to college. I've put together a sort of road trip playlist that's filled with a little bit of just about every genre I like: Alt rock, Southern rock, Americana, and some Jesus music for good measure (I dislike most Christian contemporary stuff, but there's some great stuff there just like in any other genre). I've thrown some Monstercat music in, starting with some Laszlo, Stephen Walking, and Hyper Potions, but I'm wanting to add some more to my playlist before I leave tomorrow/today. Since my parents will be with me, I would rather avoid genres such as dubstep and trap because they really dislike that kind of music, but I was wondering if there are some more songs like Porta Vista or Law of the Jungle that are more along the bright side of EDM, or at least don't contain extremely heavy drops like Rattlesnake or Blossom. Any suggestions are welcomed!
