Should I restake, repot, or restart?

I’ve had this monstera growing in this pot for about a year, but I feel it’s getting too big, I’ve never taken a top cutting (mostly nervous to do that and loose my gorgeously perforated leaves) but I feel like at this point I either need to restake it with something more sturdy, or repot and restake it, or just take the top cutting and propagate them with hopes future leaves will be just as nice.
