Help- lots of roots coming up and fenestrations not appearing

Here she is. I got her about a year ago and there has been some growth. Lots of new leaves. Several of my larger leaves don’t have fenestrations (can those take a long time?). There are also a decent amount of roots growing up out of the plant. And there is some yellow/browning. Maybe she needs a larger pot? I really don’t know. I read that some roots coming up is okay, but I don’t want her to strangle herself under the soil.
