New to game, trying to build team with Catzerker.

Okay so I just bought the game like 2 days ago and I'm trying to build a team right now that currently has Catzerker, Yowie (I think its called), and Grummy. I wanted to know since I'm early game (just got to the blue area) what I should change or what I should be speccing each of them into. If anyone can help with a team I'd appreciate it. The other 3 monsters on my team btw I have no idea what I'm doing with, and i kinda just forget they're even there.
