How do you get monster wood and surveys to work

I’m a f2p player that used to GRIND out monster wood and the free chests but ever since I’ve came back the videos never work . About once every other day I get kicked and it lets me play ONE but it’s becoming a real problem . I can’t get my daily missions done , I can’t do the Halloween card challenge , etc. Has anybody else had this problem and or have a fix? (My internet is fine , I’ve tried deleting and re downloading)
