Raging Bracy final phase tips for lance main

Hi all,

I have been trying to take down Raging Bracy for awhile now but having trouble with the final phase.

As a lance main is there any major things i shouldn't do? I seem to just eat dot and with the slow sheath unless I'm close to full health i cart to it's nova.

Quick rundown of build if that helps. Critical eye 7, guard 5, blast resist 3, health boost 3, wex 3, offensive guard 3, crit boost 1, minds eye, plus a few other random things. 3 piece teo with Garuga greives and golden headdress.

I tend to use incessant wolf with health regen 1, but have just got the frostfang barioth lance with health regen 1
