So i finally grinded to MR 99 so i could do Ruiner Nerg but i cannot complete it or any quest really. Not even the new Safi siege. Thats either because i get a "Connection to the session has been lost" or "ERR18: Graphics device hung" every quest. I cannot play multiplayer with friends and even if i can, i'm just reset back to zero every time Safi nukes. I have turned off the frame rate limiter and put my graphics on low. Even tried DX12, crashes with or without it. The problems with the graphics device started when i downloaded some pretty small mods which weren't even texture mods, but i have long since uninstalled them all. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

EDIT: verifying the integrity of my game files fixed it
