What are your least and most favorite monsters to fight?

What monsters are you always happy to see pop up and which ones do you just find dreadful? My least favorite is definitely bagelgoose as; using GS against this bastard is so annoying when you finally go in for a hit, just to be centered in a mine field. My most favorite though is definitely teostra as he doesn't really bs you and is a fun, yet challenging foe.
(Edit): I have yet to fight behemoth or kulve taroth
