Does anyone have a maximized build for Elder Fugen Blades?

I've been playing around with Elder Fugen's Blades because fashion but I've been having a hard time coming up with a set around it since it seems to need everything DBs need while also being able to go through all possible builds.
Dereliction builds aside, does anyone have a math'd out maximum build for these fashionable DBs? If anyone has, I'd really appreciate if they can share it as I'd like to make it a guideline to personalize my own set for these DBs.
