Hello!

I used to be a bow main in the base game, and am considering pulling it out again in Iceborne (used Gunlance to hit MR 100 in Iceborne, just felt safer).

I've found a few lists of bows, but they've been both a bit old and have had contention in the comments regarding them. Was hoping someone/some folks knew the optimal bows for each element, as well as (hopefully) the augments/skills that I should shoot for on each one.

Also, I feel like I should note, I like to have some defensive skills (vit, resist gems for the monster I'm hunting, and a wide range 5 charm) on my builds - I'm still pretty bad at the game, so going full DPS just means I triple-cart. :(

Finally, what're the stam-positive bow combos, and how much constitution/stam-surge is needed to make them work?
