I'm going to buy the game, no ifs ands or buts about it. However, I'm debating between the base game vs the deluxe edition. If possible, I'd like somethings cleared up with your guy's help before purchasing.

Exactly what comes in the deluxe edition? Is it worth the price difference? A friend of mine got a pre-order bonus code when he got the deluxe edition. What does that code give, and is said code locked to the deluxe edition since that's what he bought? (Is that how Capcom works?]

Is Deviljho in the game? Will Rise be getting Iceborne style content like World did, or will Rise follow the Generations format and upload new quests for the hall?
