This is not for optimal DPS, this is a hybrid set for pretty good damage while being unable to die if you forget to pay attention

Lance Set:

• Barroth Helm
• Rathalos Chest
• Rathalos Legs
• Odoban Waist
• Ingot Arms
• Attack 3 Charm 1 attack gem

Guard 4, Attack 4, Weakness Exploit 3, Health 30, and Rathalos 2pc set bonus. You will have multiple open gem slots to get more attack or whatever else you like. You only need the 1 attack gem the games give you free to hit attack 4.

Guard 4 is overkill, but makes life a breeze. Attack 4 gives the biggest return for investment on attack, but nothing wrong if you want to go for more. Weakness Exploit 3 is the most broken skill in the game and should probably be a part of any set. Health 30 takes you out of 1/2shot range of virtually any monster as long as you ate and your armor is upgraded. Rathalos 2pc bonus is minor, but nice interaction with Weakness Exploit. Use the empty gem slots for whatever skills you like.
