Monster Hunter Generation Question - Where to find a Frog?

I got a question. I got the game already and yes.. Im at already at HR rank 4. Now the urgent quest where I need to hunt a Plesioth on the Misty Peak(N). I found the plesioth but the problem is, the plesioth stays at the water (and attacks me with his water gun) and the only way to lure it out is to bait it with a frog. Now where can I find the frog to lure it out?
