Wanting to get into Monster Hunter and was thinking of purchasing MHU4 but I had a few questions.

- Is the game good on the regular 3DS XL or does it only shine on the New 3DS XL?
- A lot of the time I won't be able to play online so is the single player worth the money or would I only get my moneys worth by playing co-op as well?
