A sigh left the woman's mouth as she walked down the dirt road, the only thing weighing her down being her armor and other important gear. The sun sat directly above her, which caused the young woman to bake slightly since there wasn't any shade she could retreat to. Besides, if she had stopped to rest, then her plans would've gone down to the inferno and burned with the damned souls. She wasn't going to risk throwing away her one shot at an early retirement over a simple moment of rest and relaxation. The reason this armor-clad woman was so hellbent on not resting was due to the fact she was a bounty hunter who was currently on a mission to clear out a local population of some rather nasty orcs, or was she currently doing her goblin contract? She couldn't remember at the moment, but she knew stopping to take a break would lead to her targets possibly slipping away.

After a few moments, the woman, who called herself Rose, stopped walking so she could grab a waterskin from her satchel. Her short crimson hair shined a bit in the sunlight while her violet eyes focused on her waterskin that she pulled from her satchel. With a small sigh, Rose brought the skin to her lips and felt the cold liquid that was kept inside soon flood her mouth before sliding right down her throat. She took a few more mouthfuls of water before lowering the waterskin and putting it back into her satchel. The woman took a moment to wipe the sweat from her brow before starting to walk again. Her small break was officially over, which meant it was time to get back on the move and hopefully find her bounty.

"Gods above, what was I supposed to be hunting again? I think it was either supposed to be goblins or orcs, but maybe that's just because I've been hunting those a lot lately. Maybe it was a group of centaurs? Or was it a pack of kobolds?" Rose spoke to herself some as she tried to remember what her current bounty was. All she could remember was the location of the bounty and how much it was paying, which meant she didn't have any real idea of what to expect. She hoped it was something simple like goblins, since she hunted them a lot before, though she would probably triumph over anything she hunted. Besides, she hasn't lost a single battle yet, so in her own mind, she was basically invincible!
