I'm looking to do an rp based on this image. Here's the basic idea, with some inspiration from the artist's description (at least I think it is, I just read it on the reddit post):

There exist only few covens of Mind Flayers, or Illithids, in the veins of the earth known as the Underdark. This dark and inhospitable place is perfect for them, no sun to burn their eyes or dry out their skin, plenty of over-eager adventurers to abduct, and no one to wonder where they went off to... Most of the time, a captured humanoid is either used for food by the grown Illithids, or injected with a tadpole that will begin to devour and grow in the brain until a new Mind Flayer is born. There have been reports, however, of a new kind of Illithid. Instead of the usual spindly limbs and long black cloaks, these "Xallithids" have incredibly curvy bodies, and wear very little, if any, clothing at all. While their appearance is alluring, they still exhibit the same behavior as normal Illithids while hunting. They incapacitate and abduct their victims, then drag them off to their lair. Unfortunately, no one has ever escaped a Xallithid lair, so no one really knows what goes on there, and if these Xallithids do anything different than their malevolent kin.

There is, however, a grand scholar from another plane who has dealt with these creatures before. Her magic is so great, not even the Xallithids' powerful psiionics could stop her scrying spell. Similar to the Illithid, they are controlled by an Elder Brain, and often keep humanoids as thralls. But that's where the similarities stop. There are no tadpoles, and the Xallithids do not devour brains. They give live birth, at an accelerated rate, and seem to draw energy from the process. The humanoids they abduct are almost exclusively male, and when they aren't there is a laborious process to give them male reproductive organs. The Xallithids seem to take marginally better care of their thralls than the Illithid do, but often they fuck their thralls to death, or at least to total exhaustion.

And that's the basic idea! I'd like to play one (or more!) of the "poor" souls abducted and used by these Xallithids. My kinks are femdom, rough sex, smothering (with breasts or face sitting), outercourse/non-penetration, tentacles, group sex, mind break, and stand fucking. Limits are gore, vore, sounding/cbt, bestiality, and toilet play.

Just a quick disclaimer: Pregnancy is not something I want to focus on super hard. It's not a kink of mine, and it only recently left my limits. It's only really there as a plot point.
