The Mandate of Atlantis has simple rules:
When a mermaid reaches 18 years of age, she can assume the legs of a human for 1 year. This is known as the testing period.

If the mermaid can find a suitable replacement, she can exchange places with this human female. The mermaid can stay as human forever. In exchange, the female human replacement must become a mermaid and join the kingdom of Atlantis.
It has been eleven months since I started my testing period, time is running short. I need to find a suitable female human, seduce her, and when the time is right, perform the ritual of transference, so I can keep these beautiful legs forever.
