Day 1: What an absolute score! Those damn villagers didn't stand a chance against Lord Sato and the rest of us! As soon as they saw our swords and armor, they immediately handed over what food and drink they had. Even those damn shrine maidens gave us what little supplies they had. Though, the villagers were all rather mouthy whenever we left. They kept saying that Inari was going to send a spirit after us in order to punish our misdeeds. I don't believe a word they say. Those kami never cared about us doing this in the past, so I doubt they'll start to care now. Besides, if Inari does decide to send a spirit to punish us, Lord Sato will just slaughter and give it to the shrine maidens as a reminder of his power!

Day 8: This bad, really bad. Most of the food we collected over the passing days has been stolen. Me and the rest of the boy's thought Mori was taking a few things behind our backs, but he's pleading his innocence. Lord Sato wasn't having any of it and killed him on the spot. Mori's head was cut clean off and we all learned a very valuable lesson: don't mess with Lord Sato and his tributes.

Day 12: More food has been stolen alongside most of the sake we've been saving. Most of the guys are saying that a kitsune sent by Inari is tormenting us for stealing from the villagers. Lord Sato and I say that's absolute bullshit. It's just someone taking more than they're allowed and coming up with stories to cover their ass. Lord Sato told me to keep a close eye on everyone, so that's exactly what I'm doing. No one is going to be taking any more food on my watch.

Day 20: Our supplies are going missing left and right. First it was just food and sake, but now even our weapons and clothes are disappearing. It's especially bad since Lord Sato has his katana stolen by whoever is doing this. A lot of the guys decided to leave, saying they would repent for their sins, ask the kami and Buddha for forgiveness. They're all a bunch of cowards getting spooked by ghost stories. Lord Sato thinks the villagers are behind this and is planning on burning that village to the ground. I'll be happy to join him.

Day 32: I can't believe what just happened. Lord Sato, I, and the remaining men marched up to the village in the dead of night and demanded they return what they stole from us. At first, no one came out of their homes, and we decided to just burn the place down. However, before we could toss a single torch, Lord Sato's head was cut clean off his shoulders. We all looked up in panic and saw what can only be described as a damn demon or spirit. Its eyes were green like jewels and its skin was sickly pale. The creature's nails looked more like a fox's claws and its teeth were sharper than a blade. After me and the men saw that thing, we tried to run away, but it chased after us like we were its prey. That damn thing sliced through half of the remaining men before giving up and returning to the village. I can't believe those damn villagers were right. Inari really did send a spirit to slaughter us. Thankfully, it's gone for now. I have time to catch my breath.

Hello there everyone! I'm here today with a prompt that I hope all of you will love and enjoy! This prompt takes us to the world of Demon Slayer and focuses on a demon that has a rather unique hunting strategy alongside a rather interesting relationship with those withing its territory. As many can tell, this story will take place in a rather remote village that is home to a demon that many believe to be a spirit sent my Inari to defend the town. The demon was first spotted after a group of highwaymen lead by a ronin shook down the town for supplies where the demon would slaughter the group and go into hiding. After that, reports of the demon would pop up occasionally, but a lair would never be found. However, maybe your character will have better luck!

Speaking of your character, let's talk about who you might play throughout this story! There are a variety of canon characters available for you to play, which give you plenty of variety regarding characters! Characters that you can play range from the demons seen throughout the show and manga, alongside the Hashira who also are seen throughout the show. OCs are also allowed if they fit the setting.
