I'm had mono for over 6 months and now that the fatigue is starting to lift a bit I have started to go outside. I noticed though that now that the weather is warmer and there are more people out that I'm really not used to be around other people and actually get very anxious. It's an awful combination of fearing that I'm going to fall or get set back the following day from said outing, along with simply not being used to being outside and around other people. In the past when I've gone out during the day it's been the dead of winter. But now that it's nice (and everyone is quarantined-ish) I'm starting to get really bad anxiety every time I leave the house. Can anyone relate to this? And if so, any advice on how to reduce this anxiety so I can go outside and enjoy it?? Thanks!
