On month four of mono and have been spending too much time inside. Because of this I'm having difficulty staying asleep at night and keep finding myself waking up for about an hour each night in the middle of the night. I do try to get out as much as I can and I avoid spending time in the bedroom during the day, and I meditate for 30 minutes in bed before falling asleep to try and clear my mind which helps me fall asleep but not stay asleep throughout the night. So, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions to help stay asleep during this time? Hard to get up and leave the bedroom in the middle of the night and try reading, etc. because I am so physically weak. (Also curious if anyone else is experiencing this!) Thanks!
