Fatigue stages?
Post Body

Hey y’all. So there seem to be some stages of mono fatigue based on what I’ve been reading here and online? Does anyone mind sharing those experiences? I’ve had mono for close to three months and while the acute symptoms have been long gone, I’m still generally bed ridden and don’t feel that I have much more energy, if at all, than when I first came down with symptoms. If I do feel a tad better one day, I find that going out really sets me back and I’ve had a few fainting episodes as a result of trying to do a “normal” but leisurely activity. And on a sidenote- all of my labs have completely stabilized, and I don’t have an iron deficiency, etc. Anyway- does the fatigue gradually get better? Are there noticeable phases however gradual? Too- I’m 5’5” and weigh 116 pounds- does size make a difference in this? Oh and Merry Christmas!!
