I first began to feel sick in June. I was having head pressure (almost felt like numbness or sinus pressure) fatigue and dizziness. This was complicated by nearly daily migraines. The first two doctors I visited told me I had sinusitis and gave me steroids and antibiotics (which really did absolutely nothing). Finally, the third doctor took blood and confirmed that I have mono. These past 6 or so months those initial symptoms, although fluctuating in severity, have continued. Has anyone had any success in treating these symptoms, or is patience really the only thing I can do? Thank you so much in advance for everything you have to offer.
I may have to try that. Thank you so much for the advice! I’m struggling drinking enough water and stuff and I know I’d want to be super hydrated for a fast like that
Is that like fasting every morning or like a couple days worth of fasting every week? Sorry I’m new to all this
Maybe I’m just uninformed but can you explain those things?
Yeah I was never able to take off work. I had to work through it in the service industry. Was and is a nightmare. I’m trying my best to get rest and stay hydrated but it’s hard with my job.
