I feel like my timeline is really weird and it’s giving me a lot of anxiety

Like I had the whole fatigue and sore throat two months ago. I don’t think the fatigue really went away until like beginning of September. I mostly feel back to myself minus the still swollen lymph nodes (one of them is kind of hard and one of them is soft and squishy and easy to move but neither have really grown? Both 1.5cm)

But I think the thing that worries me the most and is freaking me out is that a week ago my spleen had like a sharp pain and I felt slightly lightheaded and then it just went away. When now past two days it’s a slight dull pain but it only lasts for like maybe an hour and goes away and then comes back. But the thing is every time I feel pain I’m like…is my spleen bleeding or something? Did it rupture? Idgi I’m just like why did it start hurting now? Just when I was thinking that I could start lifting heavy again…this spleen pain happens. I guess what I’m asking is: did anyone not have any spleen pain at first but had it later on after the sore throat and fatigue went away
