Sickness getting worse should I stop. Advice needed please

2.5mg was absolutely fine. Only side effect I had was pain in my belly every so often
5mg I wake up a lot of to my stomach gurgling then I puke. It's happened 2 weeks in a row. This week has been worse though. My last injection was Saturday. Puking started Tuesday night and now I've had dinner. 2 chicken strips. I feel absolutely nauseous
Should I stop?
