I put my pc and monitor off not from the sockets they were still on about 4 hours ago I press my pc and monitor power button then that picture with all them colours started flashing fast I got my monitor on Tuesday so I can always rma it its not the same for my pc which was a prebuilt I got 2 years ago. If there was anyway some one could help me identify and then fix the problem that would be highly appreciated.

Edit 2 I put the sockets off waited 20 minutes put them back on rn and I don't get the problem,however I think ot would be best to diagnose it and if it can't fix it return it before the return window closes
