Monitor bugging out whenever I open a tab with anything white in it.

Here's a video showing what happens. It only happens when I'm on 144hz. I Have a ryzen 5 1600x processor, 16gb of ddr4 ram and a gtx 1660ti if any of that matters. my monitor is a 144hz aoc G2950FX. It literally only happens when I open some kind of app or browser that is predominately white in aesthetic or has a white background. It does not occur when running games.
