Looking for a decent 300$ monitor, need help

Hey i joined the pc master race about half a year ago, and bought one of the cheapest monitors. Now i am looking to invest into a better one. Only recirements i have is it needs to be at least 144hz and preferably under 1ms respons time. Also 24" is what i am used to but im guessing 27" is also ok. 350$ is absolute max price.
