I have the opportunity to buy a 144hz, 1440p 32" monitor for dirt cheap (potentially under $20) but it is priced so low due to hairline cracks on the bottom right of the screen. It's in an online auction so this is sight unseen besides a few pictures but I'm wondering if anyone has had experience dealing with the official Samsung repair. The monitor was damaged during shipping so is new but broken, meaning the package probably got jostled around and there may be more things wrong besides just small cracks.
What I'm wanting to know is: general pricing, total time spent in repair (including shipping time) and any general feedback.
Thank you!!
