Looking for a monitor for Gaming/photo-video editing

Post Body

I'm looking around and I know I need an IPS monitor for better color reproduction.

My budget is around $800-$1000 taxes in.

Here's the monitor i'm currently looking at:

AOC AG271QG

LG 34UC379G

I'm considering buying 2 monitors that would total up to about $600 if it possible without having to give up a lot more. (I know having an IPS monitor that is also a gaming monitor will have a premium)

Requirements for a gaming monitor:

  • 144hz

  • 1ms

  • 1440p

  • 24" or 27"

Requirements for Photo Editing monitor:

  • 1440p or 4k

  • IPS

  • 21:9 (not required)

  • 27" or up.

Would it be better if I just buy 1 monitor or 2 separate monitor for each use?

Please help! I'd appreciate any recommendations and will look into each monitor that you guys could point me towards.
