Monitor emitting variable amount of VA glow

My monitor is Samsung C24FG70 24'' 1080p 144hz VA panel.It had very little VA glow in the bottom right when I first tested it.But from last couple of days,it started showing lot of VA glow from bottom edges which extends upto almost middle of the screen.It seems to go away randomly after 10-15 mins.
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this or knows what could be causing it.
