Weird Issue w/ Dell S2716DG (Video!)

When I launch CS:GO I get some flashing and weird artifacts on the screen. Any idea what might be causing this? I also get some weird flickering when I'm at a map loading screen that I do not see on the 24". I have both for comparison but I did not record a video of that issue yet.
144Hz Displayport with a GTX 1080ti.
