Is this A Good monitor For the Price?

I'm buying a new monitor for gaming purposes, I've been gaming at a 16:9 780p monitor for the last 4-5 years so really anything would be an imporvement.
I would like to know if this monitor is worth it for the price and if not what would be a good alternative. Thanks.
