1440p 180hz monitor stuck at 1440p 60hz or 1080p 120hz

I don't get it.

*** LAPTOP has a hdmi 2.1 port**

Plugged into.laptop 3050rtx and gpu set to be used as source for monitor. Nitro n515-45 model Tried using gem hdmi cable that came with the monitor.

Bought a active hdmi to display port cable as well, didng change. Then used separate power source for.the active cable ,still nothing.

Nor can I find anything for a wallpaper thay doesn't look like blurry garbage. Yes even most of the "wide" high res wallpapers 1440 and above
