What’s a good monitor lizard for my apartment?

I have enough room for something bigger than an ackie. I really have no interest in an ackie and want something that’s a bit larger. I’ve had a tegu and Savannah monitor in the past which both unfortunately passed from cancer so I have some experience with larger lizards. I don’t have enough room for something like a tegu in my apartment though.
